Fosters Highland League Cup Draw 8-Feb-2005
Wick Academy v Fraserburgh First Round – Saturday 2nd April 2004 at Harmsworth Park.
The draw for the Fosters Highland League Cup was made this afternoon at Clachnacuddin FC Social Club in Inverness with Andrew Kindness of League sponsors Scot-Ads drawing the home teams and John Howie of Cup sponsors Fosters drawing the away teams. Presiding over the event was HFL Senior Vice-President Sandy Stables of Keith FC.
Please note that the competition was drawn to a conclusion this afternoon so you will be able to find your team’s prospective path to the final!
The First Round ties will be played on Saturday April 2nd with the Second Round ties one week later on Saturday April 9th.
The first tie out of the hat has paired former managerial partners Steve Paterson and Duncan Shearer back together again as Forres Mechanics will visit Buckie’s Victoria Park on April 2nd! Meanwhile holders Clach have been handed a home tie to mid-table Lossie as they look to defend the trophy.
Championship-chasing Inverurie Locos are the first team through to the Second Round after being handed a Bye in today's draw.
